We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty for products purchased after January 1, 2014 to the original owner. For details of the warranty, what applies, what is excluded and how to make a claim, see below.

To file a warranty claim, please fill out the form below. Once submitted our customer service team will contact you shortly regarding your claim. Pictures are important, so please attach a few so we understand the issue. If covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.

RockyMounts Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturing defects
• Wear beyond what is considered normal with proper use and maintenance
• Broken parts/components from regular use
• Issues that inhibit proper function of the rack

RockyMounts does not cover damage resulting from:

• Use of product as not intended or designed.
• Use on RVs, Trailers, Off-Roading
• Use of generic hitch extensions or third party components
• Superficial wear-and-tear. Such as faded plastic/paint, corrosion, etc.
• Impact from vehicle crashes, garage door, low trees, ground objects, parking lot incidents
• Melted wheel cups from insufficient exhaust clearance
• Extreme weather events
• Driving under garages or low overhangs with roof racks
• Car Washes
• Modified or altered products
• Incorrectly assembled or installed products
• Lost Keys
• Theft of bicycles or equipment
