To file a warranty claim, please contact us. Once submitted our customer service team will contact you shortly regarding your claim. Pictures are important, so please attach a few so we understand the issue. If covered by warranty, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
RockyMounts Warranty Covers:
- Manufacturing defects
 - Wear beyond what is considered normal with proper use and maintenance
 - Broken parts/components from regular use
 - Issues that inhibit proper function of the rack
 
RockyMounts does not cover damage resulting from:
- Use of product as not intended or designed.
 - Use on RVs, Trailers, Off-Roading
 - Use of generic hitch extensions or third party components
 - Superficial wear-and-tear. Such as faded plastic/paint, corrosion, etc.
 - Impact from vehicle crashes, garage door, low trees, ground objects, parking lot incidents
 - Melted wheel cups from insufficient exhaust clearance
 - Extreme weather events
 - Driving under garages or low overhangs with roof racks
 - Car Washes
 - Modified or altered products
 - Incorrectly assembled or installed products
 - Lost Keys
 - Theft of bicycles or equipment
