When will my order ship?
Most of the time if an order is placed before noon on a week day, the order will ship out the same day. However, during busy periods it can take up to 2 business days to dispatch so if you have a trip coming up please contact us and let us know your situation so we can prioritize getting it to you before you leave.
Shipping Rates
Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days) $9.20
Rural Delivery (2-5 Business Days) $13.80
Notes for New Zealand shipping:
Orders within NZ are shipped from our Wanaka warehouse. This means that South Island orders are "usually" delivered the following day and North Island are 2-3 days. We don't offer overnight postage as we have trialled this in the past and it often doesn't arrive overnight regardless. However, we do have retailers carrying stock in the North Island so if you're in a hurry, contact us and we'll see if we can track stock down for you closer to your location.
Shipping days:
Orders ship only Monday through Friday; we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays.
Tracking Your Order
Check your email. You will receive emails regarding the status of your order at the address you entered during checkout. Tracking information is typically emailed within 24 hours after your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
- Due to demand for certain products we cannot guarantee every product's availability for immediate shipment. Rocky Mounts NZ ships orders in full, but upon special request we can sometimes fulfill partial shipments.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses at this time.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a return or if a package isn't deliverable by a carrier - only the cost of the merchandise is eligible for a refund.

Our 3-axis anti wobble system included with the LS Hitch Extension allows BackStage, MonoRail, and SplitRail racks to fold flat on vehicles with spare tires.
Utilizing RockyMounts premium 3-axis anti wobble system the LS Hitch Extension allows BackStage, MonoRail, and SplitRail racks to fold flat on vehicles with spare tires. Works well for bike racks including Thule ® Yakima ® & Kuat ®.
- Extends rack 8 inches from receiver
- Utilizes RockyMounts premium 3-axis anti wobble system
- Includes locking hitch bolt and Premium Metal snap on lock pod with rubber dust shutter and 2 keys
- For 2” hitch receivers
- Reduces hitch receiver's weight rating by 50%
- Ideal for vehicles with spare tires, recessed hitches or van doors
- Includes locking hitch pin and premium lock pod
